Need a flat mate for 3BHK House, close to Annanagar, Chennai. The flat mate should be working. House is located close near ICF bus depot, very close to Annanagar K4 Police station. Flat is very close to State Bus stand and Central Railway station. Good connectivity to all the places and is surrounded by many shopping malls and shopping complexes in Annanagar. The Total house rent is 9000 INR + 250 Maintenance charges which will be shared equally. Electricity bill needs to be paid additionally and will be shared. Maid takes care of cleaning the house/utensils. She needs to be paid 250 per month, which will also be shared. There is a Washing machine Available for washing the clothes. Presently we are 3 people staying in the Flat and Expense/ head turns out to be 3500INR which includes the Rent, Maintainance, EB & Servant charges. One of the flat mate is vacating by April first week and the one room with attached bathroom (Western Type) will be available for immediate occupation form April first week. An advance of 15000 INR needs to be deposited and the house rent needs to be sent to the landlord within the 1st week of every month.
