Example : wangs kitchen, hot chips, vijaynagar bustand, sony, naidu hall, domino's pizza, karaikudi, dhabba restaurants etc...and other all are just walkable. Just 25meters walk from house to taramani-velachery road. Provided seperate sump and motor (can be used if there is water problem). Common sump and motor available. 3 bath attached in all three bedrooms. Seperate car park and seperate entrance. No through traffic on this road so absolutely 100% no vehicular traffic.
